Well, Adam (Or Isaac, or whoever is posting as bwdda), Adam and Eve had no belly buttons because they were never born. They were created from dust by God's Breath Of Life. If they weren't born, that means that they never had embilical cords (a natural tube between the mother and child to sustain the growing baby before it's born), Which are what cause belly buttons.
